Biodiversity Conservation (India) Limited (BCIL) is a collective of professionals striving to promote values of conservation. The main thrust of our activities has to do with the sensitive use and reuse of Earth's resources.

Our work in many districts of India on water and energy led us to think that we could offer solutions for urban living. The idea was to reduce, if not eliminate, our dependence on city infrastructure for energy, water and waste.

Over the years, we have built nearly two million square feet of residential homes in gated communities, which offer green solutions without making any compromise on urban comfort and convenience.

We have learnt to offer air-conditioning without HFC and CFC which are ozone-harming. Our long years of learning has helped us to employ energy-efficient building materials with traditional architecture that recognises contemporary engineering.

So who are we? Are we builders? Are we technologists? Are we change agents? We are a clean-tech company. We are a builder-technology enterprise, not a builder. We are a company that centres every plan, design and product around a sustainable built-environment. We are the future of construction. Sure, you will wonder why you haven't heard of us before.
