Reuse existing cities, not build new ones
Jean-Philippe Lestang of SCE Creocean, a French urban planning organization in the private sector, has been in India for the past four years working on public projects. His team first helped set up a Geographic Information System for Bangalore’s water supply and sewerage system. He is now helping to put together a new Comprehensive Development Plan for the city. Lestang shares with Sujit John of The Times of India his vision for urban renewal in India.
