Electrical Engineer: Are you an Electrical Engineer who is a pro in designing & estimating power consumption? Have you dabbled in these fileds for at least 3-5 years? You should be familiar with selection of transformers, power sanction, Preparation of shop drawings( GFC Drawings) for submission, a wiz at using CAD softwares, visiting sites to monitor progress, and making bills of Quantities. You should be good at communication too and take part in meetings and set directions for projects. Experience in operation, maintenance and repair of equipment and systems in the site will be an added asset. Sr.Manager-Legal:
ML/BL/LLB with 8 to 12 years of experience in real estate liaison matters. Should have experience in drafting, execution and registration of deeds such as sale deed and other legal documents.

Manager-Land procurement:
Any Graduate with 8 to 10 years of experience in real estate industry to acquire land for developing into residential and commercial projects. Should have direct contacts with corporation and municipality authorities. Liaising with brokers, property consultants, and owners and evaluating land, properties and proposing the feasible options.

Officer-Legal:
ML/BL/LLB with 2 to 3 years of experience real estate legal matters. Should have experience in verification of land documents and to give legal opinion. Dealing with Govt.Officials for getting various approvals.

1. Seedball Campaign:
Can we green the planet with a million or more trees every year? Yes we can! By scattering seedballs. Small innocuous clay balls with seeds in them when scattered over areas needing greening, produce trees and green cover for the planet. These balls can be made by school children, men and women wanting a few minutes of soul-satisfying break from work, oh just anybody. We are looking for eco-soldiers to go forward with us.

Marketing Specialist:
Can you then feel driven to take this concept to ordinary people in institutions, offices and other communities and get them to sign up for the grand event like the one you can see in this website? (www.millionseedballs.org). This would involve marketing skills of a special kind that would drive numbers up simply because more numbers would mean more green cover. Maybe you are a marketing pro with 3-4 years experience who wishes to market green ideas?

Event Manager:
Can you take the challenge of getting people organized for the fun of rolling out seedballs? Or maybe you are a leader who can command a team of people to organise tasks to perfection and keep effort and time in moderation yet keep projects out of crisis mode? If you have led green events we would really welcome you. 2. Recycling Urine:
People of Singapore drink nu-water, instead of mineral water. This is nothing but water reclaimed from urine. They are now even coming up with ways by which you can draw power from the salts of urine. Not to be outdone, we are reviving age old technique of using urine as fertilizers for many crops like bananas. Farmers from Doddaballapur have already shown us the way to do this. Dip (Civil) with AUTOCAD 2 to 3 years of experience in plumbing & sanitary drafting works for residential and commercial projects.

HVAC Manager:
BE/Dip (Mech) with 5 to 8 years of proven experience in design and execution of HVAC systems for residential and commercial projects.

HVAC Site engineer:
BE/Dip (Mech) with 2 to 5 years of proven experience in execution of HVAC systems for residential and commercial projects.

HVAC Design engineer:
BE (Mech ) with 3 to 5 years of proven experience in preparation of HVAC single and double line ducting layout, chiller water piping layout in residential and commercial projects. Knowledge in AUTOCAD is essential.

HVAC Draftsman:
