ML/BL/LLB with 15 to 20 years of experience in land revenue, real estate liaison matters. Should have exposure in assessment of verification of revenue, land documents checking and evaluating properties .Should be a Retd.Judge/ Public Prosecutor from High court or local court.

Electrical engineer:
BE/Dip (Electrical) with 2 to 5 years of proven experience in execution of electrical systems for residential and commercial construction projects.
Plumbing and Sanitary Manager:
BE (Civil/Mech) with 5 to 8 years of proven experience in designing of shop drawings and execution of sanitary & plumbing works in residential projects.
Plumbing & Sanitary Engineer:
BE (Civil & Mech) with proven experience in execution of plumbing & sanitary works for residential projects.
HVAC Manager:
BE/Dip (Mech) with 5 to 8 years of proven experience in design and execution of HVAC systems for residential and commercial projects.
HVAC Site engineer:
BE/Dip (Mech) with 2 to 5 years of proven experience in execution of HVAC systems for residential and commercial projects.
HVAC Design engineer:
BE (Mech ) with 3 to 5 years of proven experience in preparation of HVAC single and double line ducting layout, chiller water piping layout in residential and commercial projects. Knowledge in AUTOCAD is essential.
Civil Engineers

Civil and Mechanical engineers who can lead with firmness. 3 to 5 years' experience in the building / construction or. Incumbent should be confident, pleasant, willing to learn, and confident of delivering and leading.
Engineer-QA/QC (Civil):
BE/B.Tech(Civil) 2 to 5 years of experience in planning and implementing quality control measures and quality assurance system at site. Should have knowledge in conducting technical audits at site and getting it rectified form execution staff.
Site engineer:
BE/Dip (Civil) 2-5 Years of proven experience in the field of residential and commercial building construction.
Project engineer - BE/Dip (Civil) 5 to 8 years of proven experience in planning, execution of residential & commercial building construction.
Project Manager- Civil:
BE/B.Tech(Civil) 10 to 15 years of proven experience planning , coordination and managing all construction activities of residential and commercial buildings
General Manager (Civil):
BE/B.Tech (Civil) 15 to 20 years of proven experience in planning& execution. Should be capable of taking ownership of handling residential and commercial projects.
Engineer –QS (Civil):
BE/B.Tech (Civil) 2 to 5 years of experience in estimation and costing of the project quantities and qualities of residential and commercial construction.

M Com,BCom with 2 to 5 years of experience in cash flow, contract bills & payments, VAT, service tax,TDS,professional tax matters. Must have Tally working knowledge with construction industry experience.
AGM-Finance:
CA/ICWA/MBA (Fin) with 10 to 15 years of experience in finance, taxation, accounting, budgeting, MIS reporting, working capital management. Should have knowledge in credit control & collections, liaison with banks, financial institutions returns and income preparations. Must have Tally working knowledge with construction industry experience.
